  Chapter 1

  Tony

I was striking out the entire night. Girl after girl had rejected me. I’d ask them to dance and they’d laugh in my face, shook their heads no, or gave their girlfriends a look that said, who’s this guy?

It was annoying. I was a likable guy. I got good grades in school, never cheated on anyone, never lied, or been to jail. I could be a model boyfriend if they gave me a chance. In the looks department, I’m just your average white guy. Neck length black hair, medium height, slim build. I’m not some muscle-bound hunk that lived in the gym, but I’m not ugly either.

Personally, I hated going to the club. It was just another reminder that college girls hate me. After being rejected so many times, all I wanted to do was walkout. However, I knew I couldn’t do that as my best friend Ryan needed a wingman. Well, he claimed he needed a wingman. From what I could see, Ryan was doing perfectly okay, as his tongue was currently down some blonde chick’s mouth.

My roommate, Ryan was the opposite of me. Gorgeous smile with cropped blond hair, an amazing build with a six pack, plus tattoos. He could be model if he felt like it. Being around him was a chore. The only reason why I agreed to come out with him was because he promised that he’d help me hook up with a girl. However, as usual, every night ends with me sitting by the bar lonely, watching Ryan make out with the hottest woman in the room.

I hated it. I had enough of it. I was fed up with the whole idea of going to the club. I wanted to feel what he felt.

Why couldn’t feel that? I asked myself. Anger swept over me as I clutched the clear plastic cup of beer in my hand.

Watching Ryan and the woman leave together was the last straw. I was done with him and this place. I chugged the remaining beer in my cup and was about to close out my tab when I saw her.

Well to be honest, I saw her hips. I ogled her curvy thighs sway and her pear-shaped ass shake. I was hypnotized by them. I’d never seen anything like it. This black chick had it all, big breasts, thick legs, pretty smile. She was a sight to behold, and my dick trembled at the thought of being with her. I wanted to see if she wanted to dance, but I shook my head at the thought.

I was white. She was black. I knew the outcome. In the past, I’ve attempted to dance with black women, and they’ve always shunned me. I knew it was always better to just stick to my race. I was naïve to think otherwise. Yet, watching her dance, made me more confident. I figured I’d already been shut down eight times tonight, what was another rejection going to do. I took a breath, combed my hair back and took a step forward.

As I inched along, I noticed that she was dancing with a group. It looked to be one interracial couple dancing and another black couple dancing beside her. She was dancing in the middle. Seeing that she was friends with an interracial couple, gave me hope that perhaps she’d be open to dancing with a white guy.

I tapped her shoulder, and she turned surprised to see that someone was behind her.

  “Hey,” I grinned.

  “Hi, yourself.”

“Did you want to dance?” I asked.

She nodded then grabbed my hand. She twirled around, ass towards me and began to grind her body on my pelvis. I had to take a step back as I wasn’t used to the movement from a bigger woman. Watching her plump body sway on mine, was beyond sexy. As her curvy hips moved left to right in my crotch, I became harder and harder. I attempted to think of everything to keep the blood flow from going down there, but it was no use. Her body was getting me harder than a rock. She provided me some relief as she turned around and placed her arms around my neck. My hands wrapped around her wide waist as we danced together to the upbeat rap song.

She flipped her relaxed hair back, and I was enlightened by her beautiful face. Her lush lip glossed lips, deep brown exotic eyes, chubby cheeks and button nose, completely sent me head over heels. I’d never seen a woman more gorgeous.

  “You’re a really good dancer.” I grinned.

“Thanks. You’re not too bad yourself.”

  “I’m Tony by the way.”

  “Nia.”

  “Do you go to Eastcliff?”

  “Yeah, I’m a Sophomore.”

“Me too. I’ve never seen you on campus.” I said, dancing my body close to her’s.

“It’s a big campus. We’ve might have crossed paths once or twice.”

  “True.”

The song that we were dancing to ended, and a popular rap song came on that everyone knew. The place erupted as everyone jumped and cheered. Even Nia got excited as she smiled at me.

“Oh, shit this is my jam!” She grabbed my hand off her waist and twisted back around. Her ass began to grind on my crotch once more, and I groaned feeling the blood rush down below again. However, I had a feeling that Nia didn’t mind my embarrassing boner as much as I thought she did. In fact, she seemed more energized by it. She made sure to shake her ass directly on my dick, wiggling it to the point that we were dry humping on the floor. I was amazed at her flexibility as she bent forward touching the ground. She was like a professional stripper and I felt like a patron getting a private lap dance. I’d never seen it before. My hands were like magnets to her body as I gripped her hips and danced with her. I’d never experienced anything like this before, and the more we danced the more I was turned on.

When the song was over, Nia popped back up and fanned herself.

  “That was fun.”

  “Yeah, it was.”

“I’m going to take a breath and head to outside to cool off.”

“Did you want me to get you a drink?”

  “Sure. Vodka cranberry.”

  “You got it.” I cheesed.

“Thanks,” she grinned. She then looked at her friends and nodded towards the exit door. Like a pack of wolves, they left me and the two other guys that they were dancing with alone on the dance floor. I looked at both of them, gave them a subtle head nod, and then walked towards the bar to get a drink for me and a potential new hook up.

  Chapter 2

  Nia

I was hotter than the damn sun. Sweat rolled down my body like a waterfall, and I was thirsty as hell too. I guess that what I get for dancing like my hair was on fire. Walking outside to the smoker’s area, I felt the cool mountain air on my sizzling skin, and I moaned from the amazing feeling.

My best friend Amanda grabbed her cigarette case in her back pocket and lit a cigarette while, my other friend Maya and I stood huddled up in the freezing February night. Looking at my friends and me in our slutty club outfits made me laugh. We’re all out here willing to risk a cold, just to look good.

After Amanda took a puff of her cigarette, I asked to take a draw, so she handed me the cigarette and I took a few puffs, before handing it back to her. I didn’t smoke a lot. It was only when I was out drinking or nervous. Which at the moment I was both.

Amanda shivered then took another puff of her cigarette. She must have noticed my out of character need for a cigarette and asked, “Who
was that guy you were hanging out with?”.

“His name is Tony.” I shivered as a cold wind blew by.

  “He’s cute.”

  “I know.”

“You like white guys now?” My other friend Maya grinned. I knew the reason why she was asking. She dated a white guy named Fred. I’m sure she was happy as she was the only one who’d dated outside our race. For the last couple of months, I’d had no luck in the dating game and she’s been pushing me to date white guys, but I never sought them out. I’m not sure why. I’m not racist or anything, it’s just that I’d never dreamed of being in a relationship with a white guy.

There were just too many questions. My biggest fear was what would his family his family think of him being with a black woman. I was scared to think what others would think about me and him. I was scared that I’d been shunned from my own race if I dated outside of my race. Would they call me traitor and turn their backs to me? I’d seen the looks and glares that Maya and Fred got from different people. Was I ready for that?

I shrugged. “I’m not sure yet. I’m just having fun dancing. It’s nice to have a guy wanting to dance with me. Most guys either walk up to you or Amanda. I’m always last to get asked for a dance. For the first time, someone noticed me. It feels good.”

  Maya nodded and Amanda smirked.

“You sure were dancing on him good out there. I had half a mind to give you two a condom.” Amanda mocked.

“Oh!” I covered my mouth and my cheeks grew warm.

“Yeah, girl, I’m surprised homeboy didn’t bust a nut with the way you were dancing on him.”

I giggled nervously as I twirled my hair around my finger. “Well he was hard when I was dancing on him.”

“And…” Maya and Amanda both chorused together.

  “He has a nice dick.”

  “Ohh!” They squealed.

I rolled my eyes looking at my friends who were both moaning and making fake sex nosies. Around us, several people stared at my awkward friends. At that exact moment I wanted to bury my head in the snow.

“Would you two please be quiet!” I snapped.

“Oh, come on, Nia. We’re just happy for you,” Maya replied.

  “Well, could you be quieter?”

“It depends, are you going to be quiet when you take him home tonight?”

“Oh, Tony. Oh fuck me Tony!” Amanda moaned.

I slapped her arm and growled, “would you stop?”

Maya looked at Amanda then shook her head. She looked back at me and rubbed my arm. “Look girl, we’re not pushing you into anything. He’s cute and when it comes to guys you haven’t had much luck. Don’t listen to Amanda. No one is telling you to take this man home tonight. You do what you feel is right in the moment, a’ight?

“Yeah, a’ight,” I grinned, hugging Maya.

Maya rubbed my back and then broke away from our embrace. “Now, let’s head back inside before these men think we’ve run off without them.

When I walked back in, I saw Tony at the bar drinking a beer and beside him was my cocktail. I waved my friends goodbye and told them I was going to be talking to Tony a bit. Maya understood, while Amanda made obscene sexual gestures. I shook my head and begged that Tony didn’t see any of them.

“Hey,” I smiled, waking back to him.

“Hey, this is for you,” He replied, handing me the drink.

“Thanks,” I grinned, taking a sip.

Tony and I remained at the bar for a few minutes doing shots together and getting to know each other. He was a really nice guy, well spoken, and knew how to crack a joke or two. We had a lot in common in regard to both liking sports and action movies. He was impressed with my knowledge of college football and basketball, and thus wanted to talk to me even more.

We managed to both finish the first round of drinks and Tony ordered another round. This time, we took our drinks and headed back out onto the dance floor. I could tell the drinks were starting to affect Tony and me as we both became looser. It was fun to dance with him. It’s been forever since I’d had a respectable dance partner. Most guys would attempt to grope me, by grabbing my boobs or crotch, but Tony wasn’t like that. He was patient and allowed me to set my own pace. I liked that about him. He wasn’t the best dancer. Quite honestly, he was holding up the stereotype that white guys couldn’t dance, but he was fun. He made me laugh. I liked that about him too.

The feeling of his body on mine was getting me hotter than the club that I we were in. The way his hands slid down my hips, the feeling of his breath on my neck, and the sensation of his hard cock rubbing against my ass, were all overpowering. My sex drive was in full force, and it was to the point where I wanted to grab his hand and let him fuck me in the bathroom. I wasn’t sure if it was the alcohol or me, but I wanted him. I wanted him so bad. As his head was draped over my shoulder, I inched my head towards his, hoping he saw my signal. I licked my lips in anticipation, waiting for his lips to meet mine. As I grew closer to him, he moved closer to me, until our lips finally met.

The kiss was hot, erotic, and passionate. It was full of lust and sin. It was a type of kiss made your panties drop and moan. It was the sexiest first kiss I’d ever experienced. The aggressive nature of Tony nearly took me off my feet. For his small size, I’d expected he’d be timid, but he wasn’t. He was barbaric in nature, claiming what he wanted, me. He took my breath away on that kiss.

In the background I could hear my friends hoot and holler as we made out. I didn’t pay them no mind. Tony’s kiss was the star tonight. When we finally broke apart, my legs wobbled, and if it wasn’t for him holding me up, I was sure I would’ve fallen.

  “That was nice.” He whispered.

“Yeah,” I breathed. I still couldn’t believe I’d just made out with a complete stranger. It wasn’t long until I was kissing him again. I barely knew him, yet my tongue kept ending up in his mouth. I couldn’t count how many times we made out, but each time felt like the first. As the night went on, we got closer and closer. We kissed everywhere including the dance floor, near the bar, and outside in the snow. Each time was more passionate than the last, and each one left me wanting more. Later in the night, the dance floor emptied to the point where there were only a few stragglers on the floor.

Our one hundredth or something kiss was interrupted by the lights of the club turning on and Maya pulling my arm.

  “Nia?”

“Huh?” I mumbled as if I was awakened from a sexual slumber.

“The club is closing, and Amanda and I are heading back to our dorm. You coming?”

“I Ugh…” I looked at Tony, who stood behind me with his hands in his pockets. I didn’t want this night to end. I knew that if I headed back to the dorm room with my friends my night would end without Tony. I wasn’t ready to leave him yet.

“Tony?” I asked, looking towards him.

“Yeah,” he smiled, walking closer to me.

“My friends and I are heading back to the dorm. Did you want to walk back with us?”

  “I’d like that,” He replied.

We exited the club with Amanda leading the way. Fred and Maya followed, with Tony and I behind. The walk from downtown to our dorm rooms was a half mile walk, allowing Tony and me some additional time to get to know one another. Along the way, Tony offered his jacket to me, and wrapped his arm behind my back as we walked. I knew it was crazy to think but walking side by side with Tony felt right. It felt like we’d been married for years and had three kids.

The ease of our conversations was easy. I knew instant friends don’t exist, but in that instance I felt like it did. When Amanda and Maya included Tony in the conversation, he acted like he’d been our group for a while. He was able to relate to subjects and add his two cents in. He’d even made Amanda laugh on several occasions, which was a feat in itself.

When we arrived at our dorm rooms, Amanda, Maya, and Fred all said their goodbyes and then headed into our coed dorm.

  Before walking in, Maya grabb
ed my shoulder and whispered, “I really like Tony. I’ll see you in our room, but you don’t head up, keep me posted on where you’re going. Okay?”

I nodded and grinned at my friend’s seal of approval and then watched as they disappeared in the building. Outside, Tony stood with his hands in his pockets smiling at me.

  “Are you nearby?” I asked.

“Yeah, I’m in Jones.” He said, nodding to the 9-story building southwest of mine.

“Oh, okay. That’s not a far walk for you.”

  “Yeah, Not really.”

We grew silent. Each staring at each other. Even though I couldn’t read his thoughts, I knew he was like me and didn’t want whatever magic we shared to end. I for one didn’t.

“Did you want to talk more?” I asked.

He nodded. “I would love that.”

  “Okay, whats your phone number?”

  “555-2353,” he replied.

I put his number in my phone then called his number. He looked down at his phone and smirked.

  “That’s my number.”

“Perfect,” He beamed, saving the number.

“Well…” I mumbled, I rubbed my shoulder and looked away. “I guess it’s goodnight?”

  “Yeah, goodnight.”

We both stood awkwardly. I didn’t know how we were supposed to end the night. Was it supposed to end with a handshake, a hug, or a kiss? Dear, Lord I hope it was a kiss. Just to feel his lips upon mine again would be a welcomed feeling.

After seconds of waiting, Tony growled, “fuck it,” and dragged me close. His lips engulfed mine as we kissed. It was the most passionate kiss I’ve ever experienced. When we broke away, all I wanted was more. I knew I told Maya that I wasn’t expecting much with Tony, but at that moment I wanted everything and then some. When we broke apart, once more he left me breathless. My legs trembled as he softly stroked my cheek with his thumb. His lover’s gaze was like looking at a beautiful red sunset. His hazy eyes made my stomach turn and right there I realized I wanted more than a kiss. .
